Professional Experience
Asher Inman is a Vice President with the Office Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Washington, D.C. office. In this role, Asher represents law firms, corporations, and nonprofit organizations, advising on office leasing strategy, transaction execution, and long-term real estate planning at both the local and national levels. His focus includes business development, market and financial analysis, transaction management, lease negotiations, and space disposition.
Asher joins Stream from CBRE, having worked alongside Lou Christopher and Jordan Brainard since 2021. He has been involved in some of the Washington region’s largest and most complex office transactions, totaling nearly 1 million square feet for high-profile clients including Fortune 500 companies, Am Law 200 law firms, and nonprofit organizations.
