Ashley Orlas

Ashley Orlas is a Senior Property Manager with the Property Management division in Stream’s Austin office. In this role, Ashley represents institutional ownership clients and oversees the day-to-day operations of office assets, including 400 W 15th Street and 501 Congress on behalf of AFIAA. Ashley’s focus includes construction management for building renovations and tenant improvement projects, tenant relations, financial and accounting oversight, and ensuring seamless and efficient property operations.

Prior to joining Stream, Ashley worked as a Property Manager for Phoenix Tower, a Class A trophy high-rise in Houston’s Greenway Plaza submarket, and as an Assistant Property Manager at 1000 Main in Houston’s CBD. She also previously supported Class A industrial assets totaling more than 3.5 million square feet across Houston for institutional clients while at Transwestern. Ashley began her real estate career in 2018 in residential and lease-up multifamily property management and earned her Texas real estate license in 2020. With more than seven years of real estate experience, Ashley has managed a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily assets across Texas.

Ashley is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) Candidate. She previously served as a member of Houston Women in BOMA and completed the BOMA Leadership Lyceum program in 2025. In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
