Professional Experience
Austin Mader is a Vice President for Stream’s Investment Management (IM) platform, which manages five opportunistic discretionary funds and separate account mandates that collectively total over $3.9 billion in assets under management. In his role, Austin is responsible financing strategy, sourcing, and execution, as well as management of existing loans for the platform’s funds and investments.
Prior to joining Stream, Austin served as Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Corporate Banking Group at Regions Bank, where he oversaw underwriting, origination, and loan portfolio management for secured and unsecured financing to institutional real estate funds. Before Regions Bank, Austin served as Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Banking Group at Bank of America, where he was responsible for underwriting and origination of secured and unsecured financing to institutional real estate funds, national developers, and real estate operating companies. Across his tenures at Bank of America and Regions Bank, Austin led over $7 billion of debt originations.
