Professional Experience
Ava Morelli is an Analyst with Stream’s Washington, D.C. office. In this role, Ava supports leasing transactions and contributes to a variety of analytical, research, business development, and client service initiatives. Prior to joining Stream full-time, Ava participated in Stream’s Summer Analyst Program in Washington, D.C., during the summer of 2025. During the internship, she was a member of the team that won Stream’s annual intern competition. Ava earned a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management from Penn State University, where she also pursued a minor in Italian and earned a Real Estate Analysis and Development Certificate.
