Professional Experience
Bates Arnot serves as a Managing Director of Stream’s Industrial Development Services division. In this role, Bates is responsible for sourcing and executing industrial development opportunities in Dallas – Fort Worth and leading industrial development efforts in Denver.
Prior to rejoining Stream, Bates spent seven years at Hillwood where he was responsible for leasing, land acquisitions, development, and property acquisitions in multiple markets, including DFW, Denver, Houston, Austin, and Memphis. During this time, Arnot was involved with over 28 million square feet of leasing and 1170 acres of land acquisitions, representing 14.5 million square feet of industrial development.
Prior to Hillwood, Bates began his career as a member of Stream’s DFW Industrial team.
