Professional Experience
Ben Cooper is an Associate Director with the Industrial Development Services division in Stream’s Phoenix office. He focuses on sourcing and originating investment opportunities and executing development and acquisition projects across the Phoenix market. Ben specializes in driving market-informed investment strategies, underwriting, due diligence, capital structuring, and managing projects through the full development lifecycle.
With 10 years of commercial real estate development experience, Ben has supported the execution of industrial, multifamily, and retail development and acquisition projects totaling more than $1 billion in capitalization across the Mountain West. Prior to joining Stream, Ben served as a Senior Associate at ATLAS, where he led industrial development and acquisition initiatives and structured joint venture partnerships. He previously held development roles at Waypoint Residential and The Wolff Company, supporting multifamily acquisitions and development efforts across the Southwest.
