Professional Experience
Ben Landes leads research and market intelligence for Stream Realty Partners across Florida, overseeing South Florida, Tampa, and Orlando. In this role, he delivers data-driven insights that support corporate tenants, landlords, ownership groups, and investors in making informed real estate decisions across the office and industrial sectors.
Ben’s work includes market forecasting, portfolio analysis, and custom research solutions designed to help tenants identify optimal locations, assist landlords in attracting and retaining tenants, and provide investors with the intelligence needed to guide acquisition, disposition, and long-term portfolio strategy throughout Florida’s major commercial real estate markets.
Prior to joining Stream, Ben spent seven years at JLL, most recently serving as Director of Technology Advisory. There, he partnered with corporate and institutional clients to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions, including the design and deployment of AI-powered tools supporting market intelligence, deal management, and portfolio strategy.
He began his career in commercial real estate research, developing analytics and market intelligence solutions supporting more than 20 million square feet of annual office and industrial lease and sale transactions across Florida. Ben has also held research roles at Cushman & Wakefield and 4Acre CRE in Orlando.
