Ben Seale is a Senior Associate with the Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Phoenix office. In this role, Ben advises both office and industrial occupiers, helping clients identify, evaluate, and execute real estate strategies aligned with their operational and financial goals. His focus includes site selection, lease negotiations, and market research across multiple property types.
Prior to joining Stream, Ben served as an Associate with Avison Young, where he worked on a variety of tenant representation assignments across Phoenix. With a background spanning both residential and commercial real estate, Ben brings a well-rounded perspective and a strong foundation in client service.
