Benjamin (Ben) Cleveland is an Executive Vice President with Stream’s Chicago office. Specializing in office landlord representation, Ben has represented some of Chicago’s most recognizable assets in the Central Business District and surrounding submarket. His past and current clients include top owners and REITS in the Chicago market, including The Feil Organization, ONNI Group, Vornado, Spear Street Capital, Thor Equities, Menashe Properties, TIER REIT, Accesso Partners, SLATE, and The Federal Reserve Bank.
Prior to joining Stream, Ben was a member of the Chicago Cushman & Wakefield team and joined the firm as part of their acquisition of J.F. McKinney & Associates. Ben began his career in commercial real estate with the formerly UGL Equis, now part of Cushman & Wakefield. Ben is a perennial top producer and was recognized in 2020 with NAIOP’s Office Transaction of the Year for downtown Chicago and was nominated for NAIOP’s Office Landlord Representative of the Year in 2024.
