Professional Experience
Berkley Matthews is an Analyst with the Office Landlord Representation division in Stream’s Houston office. In this role, she supports office leasing professionals by assisting with leasing transactions, conducting market research, analyzing market fundamentals, and identifying trends across the Houston office market.
Prior to joining Stream, Berkley worked as an Analyst at Sago Commercial Real Estate and completed an internship with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where she assisted with property research, financial analysis, and site selection.
