Professional Experience
Betty Lagred is an Associate Director of Property Management for Stream San Antonio. She brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily assets.
Betty started with Stream in 2025 and is responsible for training and development, policy implementation, and client satisfaction. Additionally, she oversees a team of Property Managers and support staff with over 2 million square feet of assets under management.
Betty has extensive experience building high-performing teams, recruiting top talent, and fostering relationships with institutional investors. She is recognized for consistently driving value, exceeding business goals, and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and service excellence.
Prior to joining Stream, Betty managed a 3 million-square-foot industrial portfolio for CBRE on behalf of clients that included Goldman Sachs, Lovett Industrial, and State Farm. She also served as the Real Estate Operations Director for USAA Real Estate, Senior Property Manager at HPI Real Estate, and Regional Property Manager for Developers Diversified Realty (formerly DDR, now SITE Centers).
