Professional Experience
William Fisher is a Senior Associate Director with the Property Management division in Stream’s Philadelphia office. In this role, Bill oversees a portfolio totaling more than 4.2 million square feet across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, and Maryland, including Class A office and industrial assets. His focus includes operational excellence, team leadership, tenant satisfaction, and maximizing asset performance across Stream’s regional portfolio.
Prior to joining Stream in 2022 as a Senior Property Manager, Bill led facilities management operations for Verizon’s 2.5 million-square-foot portfolio in Pennsylvania. Earlier in his career, he managed 2.9 million square feet of industrial properties across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. With extensive experience overseeing complex commercial portfolios, Bill brings deep operational expertise and a proven track record in property management leadership.
