Bill Moultrie is a Vice President within Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform. In this role, Bill oversees the program and project management of cold-storage facilities—including freezer, cooler, and tri-temperature environments—and guides clients through the full lifecycle of facility planning and execution.
With more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, development, design, construction, and equipment integration, he brings deep expertise in the operational and investment factors critical to cold-storage occupiers and investors. His experience includes delivering complex projects for corporations such as Gourmet Foods International, General Mills, Chick-fil-A, and Amazon.
Prior to joining Stream, Bill served as a Project Executive at Choate Construction Company, where he led strategy, sales, operations, and project delivery across the cold-storage, food and beverage processing, and distribution markets. In that role, he built the company’s food and beverage business line, overseeing site-selection evaluations, program budget and schedule development, design-build management, equipment and infrastructure coordination, and overall quality control.
