Professional Experience
Blake Rollins is a Senior Construction Manager with the Construction Management Services division in Stream’s Dallas office. In this role, Blake represents corporate industrial landlords and manages tenant improvement projects. His focus also includes expanding Stream’s construction services across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
Prior to joining Stream, Blake served for roles with Holt Lunsford, CBRE, and JLL. He also held project management roles with Concentra Medical and Cottonwood Financial. With 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Blake has delivered more than 300 construction projects exceeding $375 million in value.
