Professional Experience
Bob Climack joined Stream Realty Partners in January of 2025 in the role of Construction Manager. In this role, Bob will manage all project phases, from the earliest stages of planning and design through construction and final product delivery.
Prior to joining Stream, Bob worked as a Chief Facilities Officer for the Industrial Council of Nearwest Chicago (ICNC). Bob has over 9 years of construction management, property management, and facilities maintenance experience. He managed construction projects including tenant improvements, capital improvements, and a new development. Additionally, Bob coordinated the leasing activities for the 180+ suites throughout ICNC’s portfolio and managed the day-to-day operations of the buildings.
