Professional Experience
Brad Dornak serves as a Senior Director within Stream’s development and acquisition team. In this role, Brad is responsible for identifying and executing attractive office and industrial opportunities in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Brad has more than ten years of industry experience across a variety of disciplines and product types.
Before joining Stream, Brad worked at HFF on the debt and equity placement team. During his time, Brad worked on capitalizing stabilized properties across all asset classes, ground-up developments, and corporate restructuring. Prior to joining HFF, Brad spent several years in Chicago within Jefferies’ Fixed Income division, where he focused on structured product sales, including CMBS, MBS, and ABS.
Originally from Austin, Texas, Brad graduated from Dartmouth College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and was a wide receiver on the Dartmouth football team.
