Professional Experience
Brad Dornak is a Senior Director within Stream’s development and acquisition team. In this role, he identifies and executes attractive office and industrial opportunities nationwide. With over twelve years of industry experience spanning various disciplines and product types, Brad has participated in the execution of over 5 million square feet of industrial/office development, totaling over $700 million in total capitalization.
Before joining Stream, Brad worked at HFF on the debt and equity placement team. During his time, Brad worked on capitalizing stabilized properties across all asset classes, ground-up developments, and corporate restructuring. Prior to joining HFF, Brad spent several years in Chicago within Jefferies’ Fixed Income division, where he focused on structured product sales, including CMBS, MBS, and ABS.
Originally from Austin, Texas, Brad graduated from Dartmouth College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and was a wide receiver on the Dartmouth football team.
Brad lives in Dallas with his wife and three children.
