Professional Experience
Brad Yates is an Executive Vice President in Stream’s Southern California region, based in the Inland Empire. He is responsible for building Stream’s industrial brokerage platform in the Inland Empire by sourcing and executing new acquisition opportunities, investment sales, leasing services, and developments, as well as recruiting and training team members.
Prior to joining Stream, Brad served as an Executive Vice President at Colliers International, where he focused on sales, leasing, and investment activities in the industrial sector. He specialized in the development of warehousing and distribution facilities in the Inland Empire. Brad began his commercial real estate career in 2005 in Ontario, California, at Grubb & Ellis, where he represented both landlords and tenants.
