Professional Experience

An industry veteran since 2005, Brad represents corporate users and institutional owners in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suit assignments, and investment sales. His ability to operate on both sides of the table creates leverage in negotiations and consistently delivers outsized results for his clients.

Brad has completed more than 14.2 million square feet of transactions totaling over $530 million in consideration across industrial, flex, land, and development assignments. He is consistently recognized as Stream Atlanta’s top industrial producer and the firm’s top overall producer.

Known for a strategic, data-driven approach, Brad advises landlords and tenants with a keen eye towards each situation’s unique competitive advantage.

Outside of work, Brad is a father of four and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and family. An avid musician, he performs as a singer and guitarist with various bands in Atlanta. He is also actively involved in his community and serves as a member of his church’s leadership team.
