Professional Experience
Brady Gayle serves as an Associate for Stream’s Investment Management (IM) platform, which currently manages five opportunistic comingled discretionary funds and separate account mandates exceeding $3.9 billion in assets under management. Focusing on multifamily investments, Brady is responsible for managing the full investment lifecycle, encompassing acquisition underwriting, financing, asset management, and dispositions.
Prior to joining Stream, Brady served as a Senior Analyst on Walker & Dunlop’s Investment Sales team. During this period, he played a pivotal role in the marketing and sales efforts that facilitated transactions totaling over $1 billion in multifamily assets. Preceding his role at Walker & Dunlop, Brady honed his expertise as a member of the Asset Management team at RREAF Holdings, a prominent multifamily-focused investment manager overseeing $4.5 billion in assets under management.
Brady is an alumnus of Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Mays Business School. Additionally, he holds a Master of Science in Financial Management and completed the Professional Program of Accounting (PPA). While at Texas A&M, Brady completed internships with both KPMG Deal Advisory and JPMorgan Private Bank.
