Professional Experience
Brandi is an Associate Director in the Property Management division for Stream Phoenix. Bringing more than 20 years of experience leading complex commercial real estate operations and teams, she oversees the INISIO at Kierland portfolio, a premier Class A office campus consisting of two four-story buildings designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and an elevated workplace experience. In this role, she leads operational strategy, financial performance, tenant engagement, and project execution to support a high-quality, community-driven office environment.
Prior to joining Stream, Brandi served in senior leadership roles with Crescent Property Services, ECR Management, and Cielo Property Group, where she managed multimillion-square-foot office, retail, and industrial portfolios across multiple markets. She has led large-scale operational and financial management initiatives, directed tenant improvement and capital programs, supervised multidisciplinary teams, and implemented standardized processes that improved efficiency, portfolio growth, and revenue performance. Earlier in her career, she held senior property management positions with Endeavor Real Estate Group, Peloton CRE, Live Oak Gottesman, Primus Real Estate, and Aquila. Brandi is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), recognized for her strengths in financial stewardship, operational excellence, and client-focused property management.
