Professional Experience
Brandon Preece is an Associate with Stream’s Industrial Tenant Representation group in the Houston office. His primary focus is advising and representing prospective industrial clients. The role includes negotiation, preparation of diligence, market analysis and identification of suitable buildings for various tenants. Brandon has expanded his scope to include Landlord Representation and currently leases more than 1 million square feet of industrial product for institutional groups across the Houston area.
Prior to joining Stream, Brandon worked as Chief Sales Officer for Greenback Cost Recovery working with commercial real estate owners and operators and as Manager of Premium Sales for the Houston Rockets & Toyota Center. With 13 years of sales experience, two of which were commercial real estate related, Brandon has delivered portfolios with values in excess of $600 million in value.
