Professional Experience
Brandon So serves as the Property Financial Manager for the Commercial Office, Industrial and Retail teams in Houston. In his role, Brandon oversees financial, budgeting, forecasting and reporting functions, and acts as liaison with the Accounting and Asset Management teams in Dallas. He is responsible for monitoring asset performance and delivering key information to owners and portfolio managers.
His newest assignment is Houston Center, a 4.6-million-square-foot Class A office and retail complex in Downtown Houston. The project is a joint venture between AustralianSuper and Stream Realty Partners.
Brandon has over 24 years of experience in property accounting and real estate sales, and draws on his expertise in agency relations to deliver a high level of service and maintain successful relationships with Stream’s clients.
