Professional Experience
Brita Hovde serves as an analyst on the agency leasing team in Austin. Her primary responsibilities include conducting critical research, project leasing, and evaluating trends in Austin’s office market. Brita is also involved in supporting Stream’s principal transactions.
Prior to joining Stream, Brita worked for Ares Management as an Internal Sales Consultant in their wealth management division in Denver, CO.
Brita graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado-Boulder in 2021 with an emphasis in Real Estate and a certificate in Entrepreneurship.
Brita is a passionate advocate for an active and outdoorsy lifestyle, with a deep love for skiing, biking, swimming, and hiking adventures. When she’s not exploring the great outdoors, you can find her in the heart of the city, enjoying the vibrant energy of live music shows and concerts.
