Bryan Heller is a Managing Director at Stream Realty Partners in Atlanta and is a co-lead of the Atlanta Office Leasing Group.  Mr. Heller has specialized in Atlanta office project leasing since 1999 and is perennially recognized as one of Atlanta’s top office producers. Under Mr. Heller’s leadership, his team has generated over 8 million square feet in lease transactions since 2016 alone at a value of over $1B in lease and $200 MM in sale transactions, respectively. Most recently, Mr. Heller spent nearly 10 years at CBRE as a Senior Vice President.

Mr. Heller and his team are routinely called upon by clients to lease value-add and new construction opportunities, given their ability to mark key design and workplace strategy trends as well as note tenant flow between submarkets.  Furthermore, Heller and his team have recently been called upon to best position unique, “experiential” mixed-use projects such as Avalon, Lakeview and Continuum in Alpharetta and Quarry Yards in West Midtown given their successes in achieving a sizable value premium relative to typical commodity product.   Heller and his team represented Urban Creek Partners on its 70-acre sale of Quarry Yards to Microsoft in 2020, the largest land sale in the Atlanta market that year.
