His background in multi-market advisory, portfolio optimization, lease negotiations, and headquarters relocation analysis has driven tens of millions in savings for clients while staying in alignment with their occupancy needs. He has represented occupiers in a variety of sectors, including aerospace, financial services, law, healthcare, tech, architecture, and commodities. His portfolio includes headquarters deals across the Southeast, Midwest, and West Coast, along with a range of transactions nationwide totaling more than $125 million in value.
Bryant was raised in Houston, TX, and the most impressive thing about him is his wife, Caroline, along with their two kids, Madeline and Hayes.
