Professional Experience
Buzz Miller is a Vice President with the Industrial Services division in Stream’s Denver office. In this role, Buzz is responsible for project leasing, acquisition and disposition services, tenant representation, investment sales, and development services for industrial properties and land. Since joining Stream in 2020, he has completed over 2 million square feet and 145 acres of transactions, totaling more than $220 million in value.
Prior to joining Stream, Buzz worked on the principal side of the business, specializing in acquisitions, ground-up development, land entitlements, and project delivery through completion and stabilization. This background provides him with a comprehensive understanding and unique perspective of industrial real estate.
