Professional Experience
Camryn Wisenbaker is a Development Analyst on Stream’s Industrial Development Services team in Houston. In this role, she supports the team across all phases of the development process, with a focus on site evaluation, market research, financial modeling, and strategic deal analysis. Camryn plays an integral part in helping guide projects from concept to execution, contributing to both the financial and operational components of each opportunity.
Prior to joining Stream, Camryn was a Development Analyst at National Property Holdings, where she worked with the Ventures Group on NNN build-to-suit projects for national retail tenants. Her experience at NPH included everything from site selection and underwriting to project coordination, giving her exposure to the full development life cycle.
Camryn holds a Master of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family—especially watching Aggie football and relaxing at Lake Conroe. She also enjoys long walks, working out, hunting, and playing Mahjong.
