Professional Experience
Cara Bagwell serves as a Property Manager for Stream’s Atlanta office, overseeing operations at Continuum Alpharetta on behalf of Southwest Value Partners. In her role, Cara is dedicated to delivering a premier tenant experience, supporting the strategic repositioning of Continuum Alpharetta within the North Fulton sub-market, and driving operational efficiency across the property.
In 2021, Cara launched her commercial real estate career with Stream as a Property Administrator at Regions Plaza. Her strong performance quickly earned her a promotion to Assistant Property Manager. She further developed her expertise in North Fulton through roles at Cushman & Wakefield and JLL before returning to Stream in 2025.
Cara thrives in the dynamic nature of property management and is passionate about cultivating strong relationships with tenants, owners, and service providers.
