Professional Experience
Carla Thrash is an Associate Director of Property Management for Stream’s Atlanta property management division. Carla is a focused property management professional who brings over 30 years of property management, construction management, budgeting, and team leadership to Stream. Carla has managed properties in Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, and the Duluth area. Her portfolios have included Class “A” high-rise/mid-rise buildings, Class “B” mid-rise buildings, suburban office parks, and flex/industrial.
Prior to joining Stream, Carla oversaw a portfolio of 17 buildings totaling 1.2 million square feet ranging from an 80,000 square foot suburban flex building to a 375,000 square foot office complex. Included was a 12-building flex portfolio that underwent renovation and repositioning leading to a lease-up yielding a sale for over 3X the purchase price. Coordinated and managed construction projects between $5,000 and $2 mm for common area, restroom, lobby renovations, exterior landscape, roof replacement, and mechanical equipment replacement. Carla effectively reduced delinquency and increased NOI through hands-on, relationship-focused interaction with tenants.
At Stream, Carla manages a class “A” high-rise and leads a property management team in the management of approximately 6 million square feet of industrial assets in the Atlanta/Savannah, Georgia region.
