Professional Experience
Carlyle Coffin started at Stream in 2023 as a Senior Vice President in Greater Miami. He is responsible for tenant representation and new business development. Specializing in transaction management on the occupier and investor sides of the business, Carlyle works with leadership to recruit high-caliber professionals to expand the firm’s service offerings throughout Florida.
Carlyle is a South Florida native and offers extensive commercial real estate knowledge in cities including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and West Palm Beach. Before joining Stream, he was a Managing Director at Newmark for eight years, where he helped build a team of analysts as part of an internal program. Prior to that, he spent four years at Studley Inc. as an Associate.
