Professional Experience
Caroline Bohleber started at Stream in 2021 and serves as a Senior Property Manager. She is responsible for delivering best-in-class services, including developing tenant relationships, implementing and monitoring property and capital budgets, marketing, and supporting office building operations. She was the first property manager hired when Stream moved into the Nashville market in 2021, and now oversees approximately 500,000 square feet of office space across the metro area.
Prior to joining Stream, Caroline worked at Cushman & Wakefield for more than seven years, where she ascended from an Assistant Property Manager to a Property Manager during her tenure. Her commercial real estate career started right out of college at DZL, where she was a Leasing and Marketing Associate at the iconic Cummins Station.
