Carolyn Toillion is a Customer Experience Manager with the Property Management division in Stream’s Phoenix office. In this role she oversees day-to-day tenant engagement initiatives, focusing on creating meaningful experiences that drive retention, enhance satisfaction, and foster strong relationships between tenants and property teams. Through thoughtful programming and operational excellence, Carolyn helps transform individual buildings and portfolios of any size into places where tenants feel connected, supported, and valued.

Prior to joining Stream, Carolyn built her career as an early-stage customer experience leader, often joining companies as one of the first team members to design, build, and scale customer experience programs, support operations, and community initiatives from the ground up. With 20 years of experience across hospitality, retail, technology, and electric vehicles, she brings a unique blend of operational rigor, hospitality-driven service, and community-building expertise.
