Professional Experience
Chad Moorhead is a Senior Construction Manager with the Construction Management division in Stream’s Austin market. In this role, Chad represents clients and oversees all aspects of the construction process from project inception to completion. Chad’s focus includes budget management, payment coordination, development draws, design oversight, contract administration, and managing contractors to deliver high-quality projects.
Prior to joining Stream, Chad worked as a Project Manager and Superintendent in the commercial construction industry, where he led the development of diverse projects including medical, childcare, retail, office, and research and development facilities. With over 8 years of commercial construction experience and 10 years in public education, Chad has successfully delivered numerous projects across multiple sectors.
In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his kids’ sports teams, hunting, fishing, reading, and running.
