Professional Experience
Charles Stouffer is a Construction Manager with the Construction Management and Development division in Stream’s Atlanta office. In this role, Charles represents landlords, tenants, and institutional investors in managing and overseeing construction projects from design through completion. His focus includes industrial interiors, office interiors, retail interiors, and ground up industrial development.
Prior to joining Stream, Charles worked as a pre-construction estimator for Dennis Taylor & Company focusing on earthwork, utilities, stormwater, and erosion control estimation for heavy civil projects. With two years of construction management experience, Charles has delivered more than 10 million square feet, exceeding $18 million in value.
