Professional Experience
Charlie Harrison is an Executive Vice President with Stream’s Office Tenant Representation division in Atlanta. In this role, Charlie advises professional services firms, financial institutions, law firms, private investors, and other occupiers on office leasing, workplace strategy, and occupancy decisions. His focus includes lease negotiations, relocations, renewals, workplace strategy, portfolio optimization, and occupier advisory services.
Charlie has built a practice centered on helping clients align their real estate strategies with broader business objectives. He is known for developing long-term client relationships and providing strategic guidance that extends beyond individual real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Stream, Charlie served as Senior Vice President at Capital Real Estate Group and began his commercial real estate career at CBRE. With more than eight years of commercial real estate experience, he has advised clients on a broad range of office leasing and occupancy solutions throughout Atlanta and the Southeast.
