Professional Experience
Chase Latimer is a Program Manager within Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform, where he specializes in manufacturing and mission-critical projects. In this role, Chase guides clients such as ABB from initial business case development and facility planning through full-scale implementation, overseeing design, construction, and equipment management. His attention to detail, strong collaboration, and proactive communication enable him to deliver complex, high-performance facilities that meet technical and operational demands.
Prior to joining Stream, Chase was a member of JLL’s Project and Development Services team within the Development Management group. In that role, he led and supported multiple ground-up developments for clients including Impact 360, Georgia Cyber Center and Braves Development Company—managing budgets, schedules, and coordination with vendors and local jurisdictions while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
