Professional Experience
Chase Lopez is a Senior Vice President with the Landlord Representation division in Stream’s Dallas office. In this role, Chase is responsible for implementing creative marketing and leasing strategies, providing financial consultation, and identifying new investment opportunities for institutional and entrepreneurial clients.
Since joining Stream in 2011, Chase has performed services such as project leasing, tenant representation, development, and investment sales, resulting in more than 5.7 million square feet of transactions totaling a cumulative value exceeding $822 million.
