Professional Experience
Chelsea Waldrop is a Senior Designer with Stream’s Investment Management platform. In this role, Chelsea works directly with the VP of Stream’s Investment Management platform to produce investment decks, fund-related projects, and reporting required for Stream’s investors and partners. Her work is central to the firm’s capital-raising efforts, bridging complex financial narratives with compelling visual communication.
Before stepping into her current role, Chelsea built 5+ years of commercial real estate experience in marketing and brand development with Newmark. She has additionally led interior design teams in both residential and private aviation, further expanding her expertise across multiple design disciplines. Chelsea is an award-winning designer, recognized by the International Aviation and Yachting Awards for her distinguished work in aviation interior design.
