Professional Experience
Chris Oliver is a Vice Chairman with the Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Houston office. In this role, Chris represents corporate office users and institutional occupiers in complex real estate transactions across local and multi-market portfolios. His focus includes tenant representation, build-to-suit assignments, portfolio consolidations, and highly technical, large-scale office leasing transactions.
Prior to joining Stream, Chris served as Executive Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was consistently recognized among the firm’s top global producers. He was promoted through several elite global ranks, including being named one of only four Executive Directors under 40 globally in 2010 and one of only six Executive Vice Presidents under 45 globally in 2015, before being elevated to Vice Chairman in 2016, and to Executive Vice Chairman in 2026. He began his career as a Senior Associate at Cushman Realty Corporation, joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2001 following its merger.
With nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Chris has completed hundreds of transactions totaling several million square feet and representing billions of dollars in aggregate value.
