Claudia Taylor serves as a Senior Associate on the industrial team at Stream in Austin, where she specializes in leasing, tenant representation, and site acquisitions. Since launching her career at Stream as an analyst in 2021, Claudia has rapidly advanced and currently manages a portfolio of over 6M square feet across the Austin market. Her comprehensive understanding of the Austin industrial landscape, combined with her meticulous attention to detail, empowers her clients to navigate the complexities of the leasing process in a dynamic market.
Before joining the industrial team, Claudia honed her skills in the office tenant representation division, where she collaborated with law firms, professional services firms, venture-backed technology companies, and non-profits, developing new business opportunities, conducting financial underwriting, and providing strategic guidance on real estate transactions.
Claudia is a proud Austinite, born and raised. She holds a BBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, where she developed a solid foundation for her successful career in real estate.
