Colleen Champion serves as the Brokerage Administrator for Stream Realty Partners’ Irvine office, providing comprehensive operational and administrative support. With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate operations and client service, Colleen brings exceptional organization, strong communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to elevating the broker and client experience. Her steady presence and proactive approach ensure the Irvine office runs smoothly, efficiently, and always with a focus on delivering best-in-class service.
In her role, Colleen manages critical administrative and transactional workflows and is a key partner to Stream’s marketing and operations teams. Her ability to stay several steps ahead enables our professionals to focus on what they do best: serving clients and driving business growth.
Prior to joining Stream, Colleen built a strong foundation in real estate support roles throughout Southern California, where she honed her expertise in administrative management and high-volume transaction coordination. Known for her attention to detail, solution-oriented mindset, and client-centered approach, she is passionate about creating seamless experiences for both teammates and clients.
Colleen is based in Orange County and outside of work enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and exploring all things Southern California lifestyle.
