Professional Experience
Connor Land joined Stream in 2022 and is currently an Associate supporting the industrial transaction team in Dallas-Fort Worth. His responsibilities include tenant representation, project leasing, and acquisition/disposition services with a focus on the Denton and North Fort Worth markets. In addition to this, Connor supports his team and his clients by tracking deals in the Fort Worth and Denton markets, overseeing the DFW industrial development pipeline, and identifying trends and insights with respect to rental rate growth, sublease activity, net absorption, tenant demand, and supply outlook.
Attention to detail, a relentless work ethic, and an affinity for financial analysis are hallmarks of Connor’s professional charisma and have quickly proven to be valuable assets to Stream.
