Corinna Bozeman serves as Property Manager for Stream Houston’s Property Management division. She currently manages 184,259 square feet of office product located in the Westchase submarket for AEW Capital Management.
Corinna has been with Stream for the entirety of her commercial real estate career. She started at Stream in 2008, and has since assisted in managing over one million square feet in office and industrial assets.
Corinna’s experience includes client relationship development, vendor and tenant relations, lease administration, budget preparation, reconciliations, service contract negotiations, capital renovations, structural repairs, new tenant construction management, license agreement changes, and due diligence.
