Professional Experience
Courtney Beyer joined Stream Realty Partners in 2017. She is currently the Property Manager of a 275,000 SF office park in Austin’s Westlake area. Courtney has over seven years of experience in commercial property management, accounting, and construction management services. She has worked on portfolios including retail, industrial, suburban office, downtown office, and owners associations. Clients served include SWBC, KBS Realty Advisors, Black Creek Group, EOG, Buchanan Street Partners, Taurus Investment Holdings and DRA Advisors.
Courtney received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. She is also an active member of IREM and BOMA.
