Professional Experience
Courtney Koch joined Stream in 2024 and serves as a Transaction Coordinator on the Industrial Capital Markets team in the Dallas office. She is responsible for administrative support for the Industrial Capital Markets team, including transaction and marketing support.
Courtney recently earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University. Prior to joining Stream full-time, she had experience from interning at Trinity Real Estate Investment Services in their Fort Worth office in the summer of 2023. At TCU, Courtney was involved in the Women’s Club Soccer team and the Real Estate Club. She enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family and staying active in her free time.
