Professional Experience
Craig McKenna joined Stream in 2012 and currently serves as Director of the firm’s Industrial Development Services division. Craig is responsible for the origination and execution of new opportunities across multiple markets, with a particular focus on continuing to grow the industrial development platform in the Southeast region.
Prior to his current role, Craig was Vice President of Stream’s Houston office division. His primary responsibilities in that role included marketing and leasing commercial properties, as well as identifying strategic investment opportunities for the firm and its clients. Craig has won multiple industry awards, including HBJ Heavy Hitter and HOLBA Rising Star. Additionally, Craig has sourced and advised on numerous successful acquisitions and developments for the firm and its strategic clients.
Prior to joining Stream, Craig worked at Frost National Bank, where he specialized in sourcing, structuring, and underwriting acquisition and development debt financing. Through this experience with an intense focus on market dynamics research, Craig has developed unique expertise in evaluating real estate from an opportunity/risk platform, providing value to Stream and its clients in assessing investment opportunities and the economic impact of leasing transactions.
