Craig Wilson

Craig Wilson is a Vice Chairman & Managing Director at Stream and serves as the firm’s Co-Head of National Office Occupier Services, where he is instrumental in driving the firm’s occupier services platform and expansion across all markets. Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) market, he is a highly respected expert in office tenant representation, specializing in complex advisory services for corporate clients.

Craig’s expertise spans advising on headquarters relocations, multi-market site selection, acquisitions and dispositions, and detailed lease and purchase negotiations. He has garnered a reputation for leading and transacting large, high-profile projects for clients across multiple industries, including technology, financial services, legal, and other professional services. Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 2002, he has executed over $5 billion in transactions for major regional and global organizations.

Highlighted by numerous landmark deals, Craig’s track record includes co-brokering the 2.1 million-square-foot State Farm regional campus in Richardson, the largest office lease transaction in the region’s history. Other notable clients represented include Fannie Mae (a 330,000 SF office build-to-suit), ISN Software (a 120,000 SF lead-tenant corporate HQ), and Sidley (a 120,000 SF new-construction primary office), among many others.

As the Co-Head of National Occupier Services, Craig is responsible for coordinating Stream’s entire occupier team across the organization. This includes developing unique services and processes for all of Stream’s occupier clients to ensure consistent and superior results.

Prior to joining Stream in 2020, Craig spent 14 years at Cushman & Wakefield, following a tenure as an associate at Studley. He is a member of Stream’s Voyager Committee, a strategic commission exploring real-time insights to anticipate trends and drive solutions for the firm’s office investor clients and professionals.

He has received consistent recognition throughout his career, earning multiple accolades, including the NAIOP Office Broker of the Year (2016 and 2025), and multiple appearances on the Dallas Business Journal Heavy Hitter and D CEO Power Broker lists.
