Professional Experience
Crew Edwards is a Brokerage Analyst in Stream’s Phoenix office. He joined the firm in July 2025 and supports the office and industrial landlord and tenant representation teams by conducting in-depth market research, tracking trends, and assisting with financial analysis across the Phoenix metro area.
Before joining Stream full-time, Crew interned with Vester, gaining exposure to commercial real estate operations.
A Phoenix native, Crew earned a B.A. in Finance from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, traveling to new cities, and exploring investment opportunities.
