Professional Experience
Daisy Prados is a Marketing Specialist with the Marketing division in Stream’s Miami, Florida office. In this role, Daisy supports Stream’s Florida brokerage teams across Miami, Orlando, and Tampa, developing and executing marketing strategies that align with broker priorities and drive business development across all three markets. Daisy’s focus includes producing high-quality, brand-consistent deliverables spanning property marketing, pitch decks, proposals, multi-channel campaigns, and social media content that position Stream’s professionals and listings competitively throughout South Florida and beyond.
Prior to joining Stream, Daisy served as Brokerage Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield, where she supported a top-producing office tenant representation practice across the South Florida market. In that role, she produced a broad range of client deliverables for a diverse roster of regional and national office occupiers, including market surveys, submarket analyses, tenant advisory presentations, site surveys, and financial workbooks. Daisy’s hands-on experience supporting active brokerage operations gives her a practitioner’s understanding of the deal lifecycle and the client service standards that define best-in-class commercial real estate marketing.
A Miami, Florida native and Miami Dade College graduate, Daisy brings deep knowledge of the South Florida market and its competitive commercial real estate landscape to her role at Stream.
