Professional Experience
Damien Matherne serves as Chief Financial Officer for Stream, and is based in the firm’s Dallas headquarters office. In this role, Damien oversees Stream’s corporate accounting, treasury and cash management, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and enterprise financial systems. He works closely with the firm’s executive leadership team to strengthen Stream’s financial infrastructure, support strategic initiatives, and help drive the continued growth of the company’s national platform.
With more than 30 years of financial leadership experience, Damien has built and led finance and accounting organizations across multiple industries. His expertise includes corporate accounting, treasury management, financial planning and analysis, operational strategy, financial controls, and financial system integration. He is recognized for developing high-performing teams and creating scalable financial frameworks that support long-term growth and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Stream, Damien served as Chief Financial Officer at Clean Scapes, where he led the company’s finance and accounting functions and supported key strategic initiatives. Throughout his career, he has partnered with executive leadership teams to improve financial performance, strengthen operational processes, and position organizations for sustainable growth.
